The Fortune Press, London 1943 1st and only edition hardback pp32. Ultra scarce publication from the Fortune Press. Printed on hand-made heavy paper claimed to have been "stock-piled" to save using wartime economy standard stock. Orange boards with titles to spine. Back-strip has been repaired and still has minor split. No names or other markings. Generally very clean. One quire loose due to comprimised stitching. Complete. Fair+. Lionel Leslie's poetry was accomplished. The poem "Ladies from Hell" refers to an un-named Highlander regiment who wore the kilt at a battle in Dunkirk. A rarity. Seller Inventory # ABE-1597499428622
