Shipping Terms:
All items are appropriately packaged, to ensure you receive the item exactly as purchased. Insurance is available at our option or customer's request, and insurance and shipping is charged at cost. Please contact us if you require Priority shipping at an additional cost, or if you have any other questions. Also, please note that quoted shipping charges are advisory only, and will often require adjustment prior to order fulfillment--this is especially true for international shipments, whose shipping rates are very unpredictable and can ramp up very quickly due to weight/size. PLEASE NOTE: Due to problems with shipping to Central and South America, we can ship to these regions ONLY via DHL, and therefore must quote shipping individually per order. Also, due to regulatory requirements, we are NOT able to fulfill orders made in Germany at this time. We apologize for any inconvenience.
