Oversized Grey cloth with red, blue and yellow cover illustration, red lettering. Tiny bump to heel of spine, previous owner signature to front endpaper in pencil, otherwise flawless. Text si clean and white, no marks. Wonderfully illustrated throughout by Dimitris Davis. Unclipped DJ with $2.75 prices shows light edgewear, small closed tear to upper edge of front cover, small chip and tear to upper edge of rear cover, minor general scuffing and soil. "This is the story of a very ususual bird and some of his friends. The appearance of a pelican in the Aegean Sea was startling, but a pelican with a personality like Petros' was enough to upset two sleepy little Greek islands completely and to cause of of the funniest mix-ups ever."
