First English edition hardback, translated by James Hogarth and with a preface by Monsignor Makarios, 1969, in an unclipped jacket and also retaining the original grey card slipcase. In overall fine, as-new condition - the slipcase a little tanned to edges. Internally clean. Binding tight and appears almost unopened; no annotation or inscriptions; text, tipped-in frontis, map and lavish illustrations bright and clear throughout. This book is both large (260mm x 340mm, 132pp) and heavy (1.7kg). Not an old library book. Seller Inventory # 201001
