Small nicks, scratches & slightly rubbed areas On the surface, map once wrinkled but now mostly smoothed. Colony boundaries, Michigan River & The Great Lakes outlined in color. Vintage stamp of the Albany Library on the title page. Pages slightly foxed and a few small ink spots on lower-page fore-edges and a small stain (1 x 0.5 WIDE on edges at the end of the text). Text block is tight and firmly bound. No loose signatures. Howes H-527.
