B&W Photographs; Large 8vo 9" - 10" tall; 551 pages; 1908 Houghton Mifflin Co. . HC 1st edition. Stout volume in original ribbed red cloth with titles and single rule to cover brightly in gilt; gilt lettering at spine a little dimmedFront endpages splitting in the hinge/gutter, now reinforced with archival japanese tissue; milder split to rear endpages similalrly reinforced. Laid in at front is two sided manuscript leaf with the Theatre letterhead from the 1880's, neatly lined with 4 columns and over thirty signatures, towns of residence and balance of amount paid. All the names appear to be manuscript signatures by the individuals, perhaps membership registration or something similar. Christmas 1911 gift inscription in pencil at front. Illustrated throughout wit half-tone photos in text. VG-. Seller Inventory # 47848
