From the private library of Michael J.W. Green. (I would not know if this is the painter and sculptor Michael J.W. Green). Top edges of boards slightly discoloured. Pastedowns, endpapers and pages lightly tanned. Area of loss approximately 1.3 cm by 2 cm to top edge of front panel of dustjacket. Area of loss approximately 1.2 cm by 2.3 cm to head of spine of dustjacket. Area of loss approximately 1.8 cm by 2 cm to bottom edge of front panel of dustjacket. Top edge of rear panel of dustjacket chipped. The dustjacket is a second printing dustjacket. I would not know if there was a third printing dustjacket. A very good copy in a good dustjacket.
