Near fine in soft velvet covers with a gold twisted cord, light fading along the spines, with a mylar wrapper which has a couple of small chips, a portfolio containing an 8 page booklet with drawings of the new synagogue, biography of artist Chaim Gross, officers of the synagogue, etc., and is numbered and signed by Gross, all housed in a near fine slipcase with light bumps at the corners, a little edgewear.
