Lost race novel set in the Himalayas, based on the play The Green Goddess by William Archer. Miln was a favorite author of Edgar Rice Burroughs. Among her output was Mr. Wu (1920) somewhat in the manner of Sax Rohmer's Fu Manchu. The Green Goddess became a silent film directed by Sidney Scott in 1923, with a sound remake in 1943 directed by D. Ross Lederman, with the action moved from India to Iraq.
