The books they have listed for sale, many with details on their contents, cover a wide range of Asian territories including India, Ceylon, Burma, Siam, Cochin-China, Cambodia, Annam, Tong-King, Shan States, China, Korea, Tibet, Chinese Tartary & Mongolia, Japan, Philippine Islands, Malaya, Straits Settlements, Java and Netherlands India, Borneo, Celebes, Moluccas, Banda, Timor, Cyprus, Asia Minor, Armenia, Transcaucasia, Kurdisatan, Euphrates Valley, Arabia, Persia, Russian Central Asia, Afghanistan, Baluchistan, Manchuria, Siberia, Western & Russian Central Asia. A vast catalogue list, which may well contain, many forgotten and currently unknown titles. Published by Francis Edwards, the Bookseller, Marylebone, London. Undated, but c. 1910 (based on the publication dates of the books listed). A good green cloth hardback. Original covers rebacked, with red and gilt title label to spine. Corners bumped and worn and with wear. Title page repaired. The text is good overall - generally bright and clean with some minor faults. Some small tears to pages edges. A few loose pages. Some pages are brittle and age toned. One tipped in page of related material. Occasional mark or nick to page edge. Despite faults, and important and scarce reference work for those interested in books on Asia. Text in English. 751pp. Approximately 221mm high x 152mm wide x 39mm deep.
