The book is ex-libris so bound without the map and has stains on several pges also one page and on the print page there is some tape repair. There are some tears internally, one page with a big tear over half the page. The page is though intact and no papper has been lost .Some places with some tape restoration on pages inside. All the illustrations and pages are present. This is an extremely rare book which is very sought after.
