72 pages, nicely illus, a somewhat formal record of the British campaign around the Horn of Africa of the period when World War II spilled over into northern Africa. All aspects of life in those years is recorded in this very readable and quite fascinating account. See an accompanying image for Contents, the page indicating that "The text of this book was written by the late K C Gandar Dower, who also took nearly all the photographs". A previous owner's rubber-stamped name shows, quite lightly, at top of half-title page. Mild edge-wear to covers, arguably in very good overall condition. Seller Inventory # 5443
