Fear Is The Key, Alistair MacLean, Collins, 1961, First Edition First Impression A first-person narrative thriller novel which was adapted for film in 1972. Set against the sub-tropical background of Florida and the Gulf Of Mexico, this is a story of revenge. In very good condition, the binding is straight and tight, the boards clean and the lettering on the spine bright. There is sun damage to the top edge of the spine and minimal shelf wear to both edges of the spine. There is a crease mark to the top corner of the front board. The end papers and pages are free from tears and inscriptions. There are marks to the top edge. The unclipped dust jacket, protected in a clear, removable cover is in good condition with loss to the top corner of the front cover, marks to the front cover, two small nicks to the bottom edge of the front cover, shelf wear to the top edge of the spine, shelf wear and a small nick to the bottom edge of the spine, two tears to the bottom edge of the darkened back cover and nibbling to the top edge of the back cover. Will be dispatched carefully wrapped in bubblewrap and a cardboard box. Seller Inventory # 03549
