In Hebrew and Russian. (4), 323, (23) pages. 22 x 15 cm. The title page has an oval rubber stamp impression with words in Russian. The top of the stamp reads: ????? ??????????, which in English is Yaakov Abramovich (alternative spelling in English: Abramovitch). The bottom of the stamp has Yaakov Abramovich's last name. It is faint and hard to make out. It seems to be either ??????????? (Klimovitzky) or ??????????? (Klipovitzky). In the center of the stamp is the City's name, in Russian, ???????, whose modern name is Daugavpils. On the eve of WWII it had c. 16,000 Jewish Latvian inhabitants. All but 100 of them were murdered by their Christian Latvian neighbors with the help of the German invaders. The words at the bottom of the stamp are unclear. Seller Inventory # 012633
