All Girol books are new. We stand behind the condition of our books as described on the AbeBooks web sites. If you're dissatisfied with your purchase (Incorrect Book/Not as Described/Damaged) or if the order hasn't arrived, you're eligible for a refund within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.

Shipping Terms:

Orders for books in stock are usually shipped within 3 days. For shipments outside of Canada, we ship by Canada Post. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or over-sized, we may contact you regarding additional charges. If your shipment weighs less than 1 KG, the shipping for a 1 KG book will be the base price. Books will be well packaged. Outside Canada and the US insurance is not included and will be at the buyer's risk. Shipping speeds are estimates based on the carrier's delivery time and can not be guaranteed. If your order has to pass through customs, delays may be experienced.
