The pages in this copy are absolutely immaculate, and would be considered 'Fine' condition; Unfortunately, the same isn't true for the cover; There is a substantial amount of edgewear, and small chips at each end of the spine (as well as frayed ends); Both the top and bottom of the boards are sunned and faded; There are also a few stains on the cover; So.inside is fantastic, outside is not so fantastic; Still, a stated first printing of a very nice book; Also includes 3 newspaper article pertaining to the book and its author; Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
