Add to basketHardcover- blue paper covered boards with tan cloth spine. The covers are a bit discolored especially along the edges. The pages are slightly foxed and discolored but the contents are tight. There is a gift inscription in black ink on the front end page dated April 1920. Despite the stated flaws, a nice copy. ; no illustrations; 12mo 7" - 7½" tall; 64 p. pages; Hendrik Lorentz was a Dutch physicist who shared the 1902 Nobel Prize in Physics with Pieter Zeeman. Lorentz was one of the first scientists who supported Einstein's work on general relativity and he was in correspondence with Einstein and published a series of lectures and papers supporting Einstein's work.
