Bound in original black cloth, gilt design to front board, gilt lettering to spine, in publisher's unclipped pictorial dustjacket. The dustjacket is now protected in a removable clear mylar cover. Slight handling wear, edgewear with creasing & closed tears to dustjacket, former owner's neat ink name to ffep, otherwise a nice clean tight solid hardcover copy. 464pp. Uncommon title, scarce First UK Edition.
