Rubbing to front and rear boards. Foxing and age-toning to textblock. Signature of previous owner on front pastedown. Features illustrations throughout by Browne. Shelved in Case 13. First Issue points present include: lines 5 and 6 from bottom of page 284 have "delight" instead of "joy" uncorrected. "Capatin" on last line of page 324. Hook on left hand of vignette on title page. Page xv has no page number for fronispiece and vignette, and no quote marks on "party." "Shew" and "shewed" uncorrected on page 40. No period at last line on page 582. 1371342.
