BOOK IS VERY NICE WITH JUST A TRACE OF RUB AT THE CORNERS, TENDER SPINE-ENDS WITH NO FRAYING, A SLIGHT TAP TO THE BOTTOM FRONT FORE-EDGE CORNER, RESIDUAL GLUE EVIDENCE OF BOOK PLATE ON THE FRONT PASTE-DOWN ENDPAPER, AND THE TEXT AND ENDPAPERS ARE CLEAN BUT SLIGHTLY TANNED. D.J. IS SLIGHTLY TANNED/SOILED ON THE SPINE AND REAR PANEL WITH LIGHT SOIL AND WEAR AT THE FORE-EDGE FOLDS. THERE WAS A BIT OF LOSS TO THE SPINE PANEL'S ENDS AND THE CORNERS THAT HAS BEEN PROFESSIONALLY RESTORED AND REFRESHED. A VERY NICE ATTRACTIVE AND CLEAN COPY OF THE AUTHOR'S VERY SCARCE SECOND BOOK WITH THE COLORS ON THE FRONT PANEL STILL BRIGHT AND NOT PRICE-CLIPPED AND SILVER SPINE TITLES BRIGHT. FIRST EDITION.
