About this Item
Cloth-backed white pictorial wrappers. Folio. 68pp. CD-Rom at rear. The presence of African and Native-American men in the American Revolution is well documented but poorly understood. Relatively little is known regarding both the nature and extent of minority participation and the identity of individuals who served. This compilation of data represents one aspect of a greater effort to increase our understanding of the topic. It includes information on 669 men of color that served for the State of Connecticut during the Revolutionary War. The CD-Rom at the end of the text is a searchable database of enlistments. A very good copy with some spotting to the covers. The text is very good and clean. Scarce. Seller Inventory # 12103
