Foxing to edges, else Near Fine in the scarce dust jacket, printed in black on dark navy paper (not the most legible design), Very Good with wear and rubbing along edges and folds, nice shape overall. One of the prolific British paranormal investigator's most popular books, billed on the front panel thusly: "The ghostly experiences of one of the old O'Donnells of Northern Ireland.
