First Edition. This Book is Hand Numbered 563 on the frontispiece page. Light blue boards with bright gold shiield with embossed Conference Radiotelegraphique Internationale De Washington MCMXXVII and logo in the center of the front board; darker blue backstrip: & teal circular International Telephone & Telegraph Corporation and Associated Companies logo on the back board. 4to. 88 pages. Lots of black & white photographs throughout book. The endpapers have beautiful illustrations of the Capitol Building with flags from the countries representing the attendees of the conference blowing above. The same illustrator created the same picture using the Washington Monument instead of the Capitol Building on the other endpaper. Book is clean & tight. There is a 5 1/2" x 9" area which includes the seal on the front board that is in excellent condition because it was protected by a smaller book laying on it. The rest of the outer edge of the front board has soiling & fading from exposure. The backstrip & the backboard have a little wear and edgewear. The leaves are in very good, unmarked condition.
