First Edition First Print. A true first of the One volume edition published in 1985. A near fine unread copy in a fine jacket and boards. The pages and text block are toned else as new. Published as a paperback and hardcover this is the latter. Very uncommon as the hardcover had a low print run and added to this flooding also destroyed much of the publisher's stock.
