Binding rubbed at edges. PP 631, pp10 publishers ads. Bookplate of Russian Historian Ian Grey on front pastedown. His handwritten name, ownership date and publication date on title page. Imprint page has pencil note indicating the book was bound into hardback by C and H T Evans 06/01/64. Some pencil lines in margins ad text. Pp418.447 have sixteen pages with laid on text sheets indicating perhaps a print failing on these pages. A good book with an interesting provenance and unique tight binding. Seller Inventory # 94093
