Original broché quartos with card covers united in institutional reference binding with pale rust canvas spine; shelving info on paper spine label. Clay-colored panels in heavy stock. Entirely in German. Terminal pages of each volume have been repaired with archival paper, undoubtedly at the moment of institutional binding. Minimal foxing; some flattened creases. Textblocks unmarred and unmarked. Volumes 25 and 26, covering Silesian secular and religious schooling from the Middle Ages through the 16th-century Reformation, with a particular focus on Wroclaw (Breslau), are part of the 36-volume Codex Diplomaticus Silesiae, issued over the course of 75 years between 1857 and 1933. "Der Universität Breslau zum Hundertjährigen Jubiläum überreicht vom verein für Geschichte Schlesiens" ["Presented to the University of Wroclaw for Its Centennial by the Association for the History of Silesia"].
