(London and Dublin: Alex. Thom and Co., Limited 1913). First UK Edition. Publisher's original illustrated boards. No D/W. Fake' postage stamp to front board as required. Frontispiece of Ivy Verner. 371 pages with advert for Elvery's Gipsy Dublin on the rear paste-down. A good only copy heavily rubbed to the spine edges showing underlying spine webbing, very soft at the head of the spine, front hinge starting to go. Foxing to the end-papers and the early and late pages of the book and heavily marked to the rear board (possibly caused by tape stains). Not the prettiest copy in the world but a fairly uncommon book. Priced to sell. Seller Inventory # 355490716096
