8vo - over 7�" - 9�" tall; 263 pp; First Edition with matching 1924 date on title page and copyright page, light foxing on title page, illustrated with diagrams of incisions, pages unmarked and age toned, maroon fabric covers have several small 1/4 inch spots on the lower front cover, light wear to the corner/spine ends, gilt is faded on spine. Front inner hinge is starting but holding firm. A nice, clean, tight and attractive book.
