This possible first printing NF quality book was published by Grosset & Dunlap in 1960. It has a very slight lean, is very clean, free of corner bumps and edge dings; head and heel of the spine are lightly bumped with no fabric damage; the bottom edges have a very modest amount of wear. Both hinges are strong, undamaged and intact. The spine and the edges of the boards have a slightly different color than the interior of the boards, a sort of age tanning that seems typical of books in this series. Except for a 3/4" circular book store sticker on the bottom of the front paste down, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks, stains of any sort and paper damage of any type. The paper has only very slight toning and is quite flexible. The VG+ jacket has only tiny chips at the front corners and at the head and heel of the spine and fold across the bottom 1/4" of the front panel. Both book and jacket list to "Hawaiian Sea Hunt Mystery", also published in 1960, probably a part of a 3-book breeder set. Seller Inventory # MR-2020-5-20-1
