Presumed First Edition. Original green printed wrappers, two side staples, approx. 200 pages, 5 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches. This copy inscribed to one of the school's graduates by Pat McCann (Owner of Modern School) in 1972 at rear endpaper. Approved and endorsed by the executive board of Bartenders Local Union 694 in Sherman Oaks. Very scarce recipe guide, no copies found on WorldCat or blogosphere. Very Good, tape residue along spine of covers, spotting to page edges.
