1938. First edition. 281pp. This is a hard-to-find collection of fourteen short stories, all but the last being written by A.A. Francis. Unfortunately we have been unable to find any information about the author. The last story has been written by S.M. Sitwell, and was previously published by the S.P.C.K. The book is bound in the original blue cloth covered boards with gold titling on the spine. The case of the book is in very good condition with shelf wear and some soiling with a few small stains on the boards. The spine ends and corners are lightly bumped and there is some wear to the cloth down the spine edges. The contents are tight and clean with no inscription, although the first front free endpaper has been removed. Seller Inventory # LitFrancis01
