About this Item
First edition. Decorated multi-colored papercovered boards with orange paper label on front. Very good with spine tanned, short tear on spine tail, lacking the dustwrapper. A successful play suggesting that no matter how they fight it, children will ultimately live lives which emulate their parents. Van Druten was brought from Britain to Hollywood to consult on the 1932 film adaptation, *New Morals for Old*, directed by Charles Brabin and featuring Robert Young, Margaret Perry, Lewis Stone and Myrna Loy.
