Later half calf and marbled paper over boards, raised bands, spine in six panels, title label to second panel, date label to third, remaining panels with small fleuron in gilt to centre, t.e.g. Worn to edges, splits to upper joint, but holding well on cords. Internally lightly browned throughout, but nothing too obtrusive. The 'Constitutional Politician' is John Wilkes; The Remarks of a Briton concerns the trial of L. Balfe and E.
