The book is in NEW condition in NEW dust jacket: never read, never used, no marks, not a remainder, tight binding, no foxing, flawless dust jacket complete with original price of $35 on the flap. This book was purchased directly from the publisher and kept in climate controlled storage for years. The book measures 27cm x 22cm, and has 247 pages, 143 color & 76 b/w photos, 9 tables, 18 maps + charts, index. NOTE: This is the true first USA printing of the book with "cloudcap" printed on the spine of the book and on the spine of the DJ. There is a reprint that is often mistaken as the first printing. The reprint does not have "cloudcap" printed on the spine. Instead, it has the publisher's emblem printed in that place.
