About BROWNVILLE EDUCATION CENTER FOR THE ARTS
Tom Rudloff founded his iconic used bookstore, The Antiquarium, in Omaha, NE, in the 1970s, before moving it to historic Brownville. A nonprofit, The Brownville Education Center for Arts and Humanities (BECAH), acquired the building and its contents in 2021. Our goal is to create a space for community and educational events, retaining a permanent book collection and using the Antiquarium's vast remaining inventory to generate operating funds. We welcome your wish lists and collecting interests! We provide discounts for book retailers and bulk orders.
