Minor handling marks to the end papers with hinges starting but very firm. Internally generally firmly bound with plate facing page 48 disbound but present. Pages bright with the odd minor mark and spot only. Past owners old ink signature dated 1905 to the half title. Very Good. book.

Boards are generally in good order, just some expected shelfwear. Some slight bumping to corners. Decorated spine with five raised bands, a little faded. Spine has a little bumping to ends; outer joint beginning to crack. Marbled page edges and end papers. Class prize inscription to early blank. B/w frontispiece with tissue protection intact. Folding map is present but sticks out a little proud and hence is a little creased to the fore edge. Internally neat and clean. 183 pp. Additional photos are available upon request.
