In questa edizione curata da Achille Mauri in appendice si aggiungono due scritti: "Discorso del Signor Torquato Tasso intorno alla sedizione nata nel regno di Francia (l'anno 1585), nel quale si parla delle cagioni onde hanno avuto origine, e del fine ch'? per avere" e "Discorso del Maresciallo di Biron".
