These are ten individual booklets loosely bound into a hardcover binding with string, measuring 13" x 9.75", respectively. Hardcover is a textured, powder blue cloth. A typed paper label bears the title on the spine. Frontispiece is a majestic, full color portrait of "'Her Majesty The Queen in Her Robes of State' from the painting by F. Winterhalter, graciously lent by Her Majesty specially for 'Sixty Years a Queen'", laid in, with another tissue leaf protectant. Each issue is illustrated in a single color, which varies across booklets. Heavily illustrated throughout with photographs in black and white.
