No Jacket. 1st ed. x+87; fr.pastedown has blue stamp:'Please Return to R.A.F.Club St. Columba's Hall', small brown marginal stain from pp.46-62 of little significance, no other internal faults but top edge quite dust-darkened, covers generally clean and unworn but slight spine darkening and a lib.no.label ghost below title brightness of cloth where this has been removed indicates original colour. Originally based on lectures to the National Institute of Industrial Psychology as Myers's Preface explains.
