Hardcover. Condition: Very Good-. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 237 p. 23.5 cm. Sound and square binding in cloth-covered boards. Some darkening along the edges. A little wear to the spine ends. Top edge is dusty. The fold-out maps at each end project out a little from the fore-edge and have some edge wear as a result. Previous owner's name written on the back of the front map. One page has a smudge mark in the margin, otherwise the pages are clean with some toning. The dust jacket has heavy wear to the edges and spine ends, with the front spine fold split along one half of its length. The spine is darkened. Now in protective mylar. A history of the Township of Pickering, Ontario published to celebrate the 150th anniversary of the establishment of municipal government there. Although a preliminary page states it was printed as a limited edition, the book is not numbered. Illustrated with black and white photographs. Pull out maps showing the township in 1877 and crown land grants.

There is wear on the spine tips, cover corners & along the edges. The front cover is bright. Now in mylar.
