Most of Simon's papers on classical and neoclassical economic theory are contained in volume one. The second volume collects his papers on behavioral theory, with some overlap between the two volumes' (MIT Press Web site). A third volume, Empirically Grounded Economic Reason, was published by MIT in 1997 (ISBN: 0262193728). The only volume that is in print is Vol. 1, at $54 for a print-on-demand version.
