Retains most of the rare original glassine dust wrapper; only a 2" wide swath missing across the lower edge of the upper board and spine. 2 short strips of old cellophane applied by original owner to prevent further loss. Illustrated by reproductions of 8 original Baudelaire drawings. Printed on Arches paper. Translated by Christopher Isherwood and with a 19 pp introduction by TS Eliot. Scarce in this edition, rare in the original glassine dust jacket. VG+/G.
