Folding pocket style map in hard case. Publisher's cloth binding, embossed title lettering & cover decorations, color lithographed folding map, folding sheet tipped in at front with lithographed views and smaller center plan naming and locating c. 24 hotels. Map is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. Item is not new or in "new" condition. Cloth covers gently age worn, slight rubbing and minor small staining, remains overall clean and attractive as an object. Paper is gently toned, light minor signs of handling, internally still clean, well preserved, tight, sound. Still attractive on the shelf. The fragile item displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws easy to overlook or forgive.
