The map is described as having been reduced from 'The Latest Ordnance Survey' with the scale now being 3 inches to 1 mile. Publication date 1901. Pasted information to inside front cover gives a summary of the law as of 1901. Rigid book fold covers with black title to front and to spine. Water stain to front and fading to spine. Map mounted on linen as a single sheet. Some wear to folds and a few small holes/tears at fold junctions. Periodic minor discolouring to front and verso. Area covered: Oakenholt Mill [west of River Dee] (lower left); Heswall (upper left); Bromborough (upper right); land in the region of Great Mollington (bottom right). Sheet size: 72cm by 65cm approx.
