The transcript number, in order of telecast, was compiled and maintained by SECA commencing with the program's move to the Public Broadcasting Service (PBS) in 1971 although the number does not appear in the issue. This is the transcript of the Firing Line program taped in Dublin, Ireland, on February 12, 1974, and originally telecast on PBS on February 17, 1974. Hosted by William F. Buckley, Jr., the topic was "The British Crisis"; the guests were Bernard Levin, columnist for the London Times, and Anthony Lejuene, London Editor of the National Review. The panelists were Vincent Browne from the Evening Herald, Nell McCafferty from the Irish Times, and Kevin Myers, Belfast correspondent for the Observer. Mailing label to rear cover.
