Also included is an original 1948 photograph from The Oldham Evening Chronicle, (not a Press cutting) showing the Author with a large group of his regular customers outside his public house 'Help the Poor Struggler'. [Acquired from the son of the next publican up the road who was christened Albert after his Dad's best friend A P. Some names annotated on the back].
