Published by Routledge and Kegan Paul in 1960, here is the first hardback printing of Roy Pascal's Design and Truth in Autobiography. 202 pages, green cloth binding, gilt lettering, the book is in very good condition with a very minor spine slant, a smidgen of end paper browning, plus the name of a previous owner (the revered Oxford scholar and Hertford College fellow Anthony Cockshut) written lightly in pencil to the front free end paper. Anthony has also made a few pencil notes in the index. The dust jacket is very good to near fine with some very minor edge creasing/ chipping. A cracking book.
