Hardcover. Condition: Fair. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Fist edition of the famous tome which details all known makers of Motorcars for the period 1885 through to date of publication, in this case 1968. A book that quickly became indispensible to Motoring Historians the World over, listing & discribing in detail over 4000 manufacturers products with many photos in support.The book runs to 640 large format pages weighs about 2.5 kg & takes up a good 2" of Book shelf space. This example has no jacket and smome marking od the edge of the cover cloth and also on the flyleaf (see photos) Ideal 'working' example at sensible price.
