Bridge red cloth covered boards with gilt lettering on spine. Narrow, blind-stamped border around edges and blind-stamped shield on front panel. Upper right front fore-edge corner tip is bumped and lower edge at tail of spine is creased with small bump on back corner. External page edges are foxing, slightly more so on the upper edge. Text block is lightly age-toned else clean and with very tight text block. Dust jacket is lightly scuffed overall. Back jacket panel has reddish smears along the edges, likely bleeds from the front cover and spine. Loss of 3/8" by 1/8" and several small tears at tail of jacket spine; upper corners at head of jacket spine and upper right front fore-edge corner have small closed tears and are rubbed and chipped. Lower fore-edge corners and upper left corner on back panel are rubbed and with loss of up to 3/8". Front inside flap has a 2 1/4" by 1 1/4" clip on the lower corner and 1 1/4" by 5/8" on the upper corner. Please use close-up options for best inspection and in support of condition description.
