A volume in the series 'The British Commonwealth in Pictures'. 47pp, with 12 color plates and 32 illustrations in b&w. Attractive paper-covered boards illustrated with a maple-leaf motif [repeated on the dustjacket]. Book is bright and clean with a sound binding. Virtually no wear present and quite unmarked. Unclipped dustjacket shows a little edge wear and slight rubbing/soiling to rear panel. Weight, 224g.

Soft cover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Very Good. 1st edition (?). 48 pages. Well illustrated with 12 excellent plates in colour and 32 illustrations in black and white. This is one of the Britain in Pictures series and is a particularly good example. In original attractive paper covered boards. Very Good++ in Very Good attractive pictorial price-clipped dust wrapper which has one or two marks at the very edges of the folding of the flaps.

Chips and small tears to the jacket spine ends and leading corners. Parts of the jacket spine are nicked and peeling. Foxing on the page block and pages throughout. The BEP is creased.
